As a health & fitness consultant, my job is to guide and help you or your organization to achieve your personal or corporate health and fitness goals.

My philosophy is:
• We must believe in the natural way to health and fitness.
• Fitness should be fun, enjoyable and a part of your daily living routine.
• There are no short-cuts, special formulas or magic diets or programs to get - and keep - you fit and in good health.
• Healthy food, good planning, hard work, effort, determination and motivation are all the items we need to succeed.
• Most important of all: learn to love and accept the person you are, if we don’t believe in ourselves and in what we can do and achieve, no one can help us.

A health and fitness programme is not training to the Olympics but training to life, to live well, and it’s not sure that will give us more years to live, but certainly will give more life to our years.
As a Health & Fitness Consultant I can provide you with a range of program choices, according to your own needs. A few examples of programs are:

• Weight control;
• Diabetes control;
• Cholesterol control;
• Pregnancy and after-birth;
• Muscle of Cardio training for professional or amateur athletes;
• Toning and reaffirming;
• Cellulite reduction;
• Postural education (muscle or joint pain);
